Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Metropolitan Lima, including Callao. Delivery is always included in the price, so there are no extra fees for distance.

How far in advance should I order?

At least 3 days before the delivery date. For busy dates like Christmas, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, we recommend ordering a week ahead.

How does payment work?

You pay securely with PayPal in US dollars, using your PayPal account or any credit or debit card. You don’t need a Peruvian bank account.

Can I write my message in any language?

Yes. We handwrite your message on a card exactly as you write it, in any language or alphabet.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

We contact the recipient before delivery to coordinate. If no one is available, we agree on a new time with you, at no extra cost.

Can I get a refund?

If we can’t deliver your gift, we refund you in full. Once a gift has been prepared it can’t be cancelled, but we will always work out a solution with you.

Will I know when it has been delivered?

Yes. You get a photo of the gift before it goes out, and a message once it has been delivered.
