These terms apply to every order placed on lima.gifts. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

What we sell

We prepare handmade gifts and deliver them to a recipient in Metropolitan Lima, on the date you choose. The price shown is in US dollars and includes delivery. There are no additional fees.

Orders and payment

You pay securely through PayPal, using your PayPal account or a credit or debit card. We do not see or store your card details. An order is confirmed once your payment is complete.

Delivery

We deliver within Metropolitan Lima. Please make sure the address and district are correct.
Orders should be placed at least 3 days before the delivery date.
We send you a photo of the gift before it goes out.
We contact the recipient to coordinate. If no one is available, we agree on a new time with you at no extra cost.

Personalized messages

We handwrite your message exactly as you write it, in any language. You are responsible for the content of your message. We may decline messages that are abusive or unlawful.
