We want you to be happy with your gift. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

If we can’t deliver

If we are unable to deliver your gift, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund before we start preparing your gift. Once a gift has been prepared, it can’t be cancelled, but we will always work out a solution with you.

Recipient not available

We coordinate a new delivery time with you at no extra cost.

Problems with your gift

If something is wrong with your gift, write to us within 48 hours of delivery atinfo@lima.gifts or on WhatsApp (+51 960 401 506), with a photo if possible, and we will make it right.
